Believe it or not I can still remember the first kite-surfing lesson I ever had, although many years ago I always remember thinking to myself this would be allot easier if I could actually hear what the instructor was saying, granted when your standing next to him it's no problem but when your being dragged by your kite upside down with your head under water not knowing which way is up it's a completely different ball game.
When I completed my Instructors course I tried numerous different ways of trying to connect a walkie talkie to a helmet but to no avail, it either fell of, got water logged or picked up some shipping channel which was somewhat amusing to myself but confusing to the student I was trying to teach, after many hours of trawling numerous websites I came across Headzone coaching helmets, although based in Australia they soon delivered a batch of helmets for us to try out and I have to say that I am very impressed.
