This course is aimed at people who want to take the bull by the horns and give kiting a serious go. Usually spread over 3 days this course will teach you everything that you need to know about kiting, from the basics of kite flying to hopefully getting that kite board on you feet and getting you up and riding.

We aim to teach you:

• Introduction to Kitesurfing
• Wind awareness
• Wind window explanation
• Time spent on land learning to pilot a small 2 line traction kite
• Setting up of a 4 line water based kite
• Explanation of the safety system
• Launching and landing
• Piloting of the 4 line kite
• Water re-launch
• Body drag downwind
• Body drag to the left and right
• Piloting the kite with one hand
• Body drag up wind
• Board recovery
• Waterstart theory
• Waterstart practical
• Deep water pack down and self rescue techniques
• Student / Instructor ratio: 4 : 1

Although we concentrate mostly on the beginner and intermediate Kitesurfer we are still available to do 1:1 coaching sessions for the more advanced rider who would like to nail that new move, or if you would prefer to be taught on your own then this is for you, this course is carried out with the use of video feedback.

Join us for a kitesurfing experience you'll never forget

Learning to kite-surf in a destination where the wind always blows and the water is usually warm enough to have a bath in makes for an altogether better learning experience.
That’s why we at Finky.Inc run clinics to Moonbeach in Egypt, with constant warm winds and perfect lagoons it’s incredible how quickly and safely people can learn to kite-surf, add to this a very chilled atmosphere and incredibly helpful staff it all makes for a kite surfing clinic never to forget, even if you’re a competent kite surfer who just wants to free ride you are more than welcome to join us.

This year we have teamed up with Morgan and Cat of Soul Kite surfing who run a kite centre 5 minutes up the road from Moon Beach, Morgan is an exceptional IKO instructor and has been teaching for many years whilst Cat keeps everything going behind the scenes, you will be instructed by myself or Morgan depending on numbers.

Breakdown of the daily routine:

• 9.00am-breakfast at MB
• 10.00am-5 minute transfer to Soul Kite surfing
• 10.30am-Lessons start
• 12.30pm-Lunch
• 14.30pm-Lessons resume
• 16.30pm-Lesson feedback and video review
• 17.15pm-Free-ride session until sundown

At the end of the day we go back to Moon Beach for Beer, dinner, beer, beer, and some sleep before it all starts again the next day.

We use a mixture of the latest RRD and Cabrinha equipment for kite surfing tuition, there will also be available for you to hire at Moon Beach, paddle surf boards and windsurfing equipment, kite storage and rescue hire are also available at Soul Kite surfing centre.

As always with clinics abroad we take a deposit for any bookings so that we can a confirm the amount of people joining us.

Finkyinc offer hire and tuition for those of you who would like to try Paddle Surfing

We do all of our beginner tuition on West Beach Littlehampton on flat shallow waters perfect for learning, we also supply wetsuits, buoyancy aids, and booties. Rescue cover is also provided and we are fully insured.

Finkyinc use and stock all the latest equipment from RRD Paddleboards and Kialoa Paddles

Lessons are available at £25 per hour per person.

Hire is available at £15 per hour.
